New partners in Trondheim
Arntzen de Besche is pleased to announce that Brynjulf Moe and Erlend L. Solberg have been appointed partners in Arntzen de Besche Trondheim as of January 1st 2010.
Brynjulf Moe mainly works in the field of mergers and acquisitions, including venture capital investments and general counseling within the field of business law, including various types of investigations. Furthermore, Moe has experience from counseling financial institutions regarding corporate law and legal framework, and has experience from counceling listed companies within the field of exchange and securities law. With working experience from the public administration, The Storting and from the political leadership of the Ministry of Finance, Moe has also assisted clients with varied relations towards governmental authorities and the public administration. Brynjulf Moe has working experience from The Financial Supervisory Authority, The Storting, The Ministry of Finance, other legal practices, and also from Fokus Banks group management.
Erlend L. Solberg mainly works with issues relating to transactions, contract law and general company law, in addition to maritime law-issues. He has been involved in a number of transactions relating to enterprises, commercial properties and ships. Furthermore, he has for a number of years worked for venture capital investment companies. Solberg is also giving day-to-day counselling to companies operating within the areas of commercial property and shipping. Solberg has been external examiner for all the Norwegian Faculties of Law, at the Universities of Oslo, Bergen and Tromsø.
